We are seeking a **part-time Real Estate Lead Manager** to support a U.S.based real estate team. This role is responsible for **handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments** to drive business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a **sales mindset, strong communication skills, and experience in real estate or mortgage lead follow-up.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **outbound follow-ups** to nurture and qualify prospects
- Build rapport and identify client needs
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot)
- Track lead activity and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support the team in improving lead conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- Experience in **real estate, mortgage,



or sales-related roles is a plus**:
- Strong **English communication skills (B2+ or higher)**:
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, sales-driven environment**:
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
