Title Program Manager

Description Lead dynamic cross function team.
Schedule and conduct product development team meetings.
Develop and maintain project plan in support of Inteva and customer objectives.
Drive project execution through disciplined use of Inteva Product Development Process.
Drive team performance to meet project imperatives.
Lead communication between manufacturing plants, sales, engineering, and customers.
Forecast project capital needs.
Manage customer billable tool collections.

Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
5+ more years of engineering experience.
Experience in Tier 1 program management role.
Experience leading cross functional team.
Work effectively in a team atmosphere
Effective problem-solving skills.
English advanced.
