Responsibilities

• Generation and development of cost savings ideas through various activities, e.g supplier/in-house workshops, benchmarking activities, etc
• Detailed assessment & coordination of idea development related to technical/commercial feasibility (business cases) with x-functional teams
• Preparation of calculations/presentations and further data to support business decisions and obtain Management approvals
• Track detailed status, monitor development & implementation progress for multiple projects, propose mitigation plans in case of deviations/roadblocks; escalate as required to Top Management
• Generate reports to Management varying from direct manager to Senior VP

Qualifications • Min 4-5 years experience, preferably in Automotive industry
• Technical background, Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• Strong moderation,



communication skills with ability to deal with various stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, suppliers)

• Integral thinking, results oriented, advanced organizational skills including attention to details
• Ability and willingness to work under pressure (deadlines, balancing)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good English skills for an international environment (EU, NA, AP).
• Experience with suppliers and/or customers is appreciated
• Project Management skills are appreciated
• Driving license, ability and willingness to travel (5%)
