**Position Responsibilities**
- Review data and analyze performance metrics to identify trends for our Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales teams.
- Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Own and manage Power BI reporting used across the business.
- Partner across internal teams to support leadership requests and recommend improvement strategies to streamline operations.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in, SQL and Power BI and Power Automate** preferred.**




- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**:
- 100% in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in data analytics or supply chain is **preferred.**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
