- Handle inbound calls and build rapport quickly
- Understand customer concerns through active listening
- Present solutions in a clear, relevant, and personalized way
- Guide customers through the decision process with confidence
- Handle objections and close sales with a professional approach
- Accurately process orders and document interactions
**What we are looking for**




- At least 1 year of inbound sales or call center experience
- Strong communication skills with a calm and confident tone
- Ability to connect naturally and build trust
- A consultative mindset — not transactional selling
- Resilience and focus in a performance-driven environment
- Intermediate to advanced English
