**What You Will Do**:
- Support the design, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis using 8D methodology.
- Generate reports, maintain documentation, and track corrective actions.
**Qualifications You Must Have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- ** Temporary position for 1 year**
- 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:36 p.m.
- English proficiency: 80% (working proficiency).
- Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology.
- PFMEA and Control Plan development and implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Generate reports, maintain documentation, and track corrective actions.
**Qualifications We Prefer**:
- Aerospace industry experience in metalworking.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
