**Join our team as a: Bilingual Banking Support (Axos)**
**What are we looking for?**
- **Languages**: Advanced or Business English.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in call centers is preferred, specifically in sales or collections due to the commercial focus of the role.
- **Multitasking**: Proficiency in handling up to 5 systems simultaneously.
**What do we expect from you?**
- **Customer Support**: Provide support, clarifications, and customer service related to bank accounts.
- **Inbound Management**: Handle approximately 60 inbound calls per day.
- **Sales Focus**: Offer additional products (pre-approved credits, mortgages, etc.) to customers at the end of each call.
