Engineering Manager
The **Engineering Manager** is responsible for directing and coordinating all Engineering activities to ensure the design, development, validation, and industrialization of plastic and rubber parts for the automotive industry. This role guarantees that quality, cost, and delivery times meet customer requirements while complying with international regulations such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities
- **Product Development Management**: Lead projects for new products and engineering changes while supervising CAD design, molds, and tooling.
- **Manufacturing Process Management**: Define, validate, and improve injection, compression, mixing, and assembly processes following APQP and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- **Customer and Supplier Relations**: Serve as the technical liaison for OEM and Tier 1/Tier 2 customers, managing technical requirements, blueprints, and specifications.
- **Quality and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to automotive industry standards (IATF, VDA, AIAG) and approve PPAPs, FMEAs (AMEF), and control plans.
- **Operational Monitoring**:



Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scrap, rework, and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; postgraduate studies are valued.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7-10 years in the automotive industry.
- **Leadership**: At least 3-5 years in engineering leadership positions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Experience in plastic injection and rubber molding processes.
- **Languages**: Advanced English skills, with the ability to write clear reports and present to executive groups.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
