We are looking for a **Junior Finance Analyst** to join a leading integral automotive parts manufacturer in **San Luis Potosí**. If you are a data-driven professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and cash flows.
- Perform cost, profitability, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management.
- Monitor financial KPIs and ensure tax compliance.
**What You Bring**:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting (manufacturing sector preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Pay: $12,392.26 - $26,000.00 per month
