The Lead Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized experiences to every guest while upholding the highest standards of treatment quality.
This role involves training and supervising the team of therapists, supporting daily spa operations, and ensuring consistency in service delivery.
Working closely with the Spa Director, the Lead Therapist helps implement standards, protocols, and ongoing training programs that elevate the overall level of wellness and guest satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma and certification as a Spa Therapist and Esthetician.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a massage therapist in a luxury hotel spa environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Book4Time systems.
- Strong leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage guest interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Versátil availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
