**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define and drive scientifically sound, business-driven project strategies for assigned programs.
- Guide and lead teams to achieve program goals, resolve issues, and plan contingencies.
- Oversee operational management, including project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to objectives and performance standards.
- Identify project bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to maintain progress.
- Act as liaison with alliance partners and external thought leaders to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
- Represent the area as a core member in general project teams, shaping scientific strategy for product development.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Medical Degree




- Proven experience in cross-cultural environments and collaborating across boundaries.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and operational execution.
- Strong background in regulatory submissions and compliance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in resource allocation, risk management, and time management.
