The company is an in-house marketing team for a law firm seeking a results-driven **Google Ads & SEO Specialist** to support lead generation efforts across legal practice areas. This is a **full-time, on-site position** requiring a **bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish**. The specialist will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with firm objectives and comply with legal advertising regulations. This role operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and requires strong analytical and optimization skills.
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on legal lead generation.
- Oversee Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts, including lead management, dispute resolution, and profile optimization.
- Create, test, and refine ad copy in both English and Spanish to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to support paid search and SEO strategies.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of conversion tracking, call tracking, and form tracking.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and pacing accordingly.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Maintain strict compliance with Google Ads policies, LSA requirements, and legal advertising regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing, intake, and web teams to improve lead quality, landing page performance, and user experience.
- Stay current with Google Ads updates, LSA changes, SEO best practices,



and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
- Full bilingual proficiency in **English and Spanish**.
- Proven experience managing **Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA)** campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget management, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns, preferably within legal, home services, or other service-based industries.
- Hands-on experience with call tracking and conversion tracking platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively under supervision and within established processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing for **immigration law, criminal defense, or other legal services**.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and intake workflows.
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization and local SEO.
- Google Ads certifications are preferred but not required.
