Key Responsibilities
- Create and process new patient profiles in the case management system.
- Retrieve medical records following established procedures.
- Ensure reports, bills, and related case documents are gathered, verified, processed, and distributed accurately and on time.
- Sort, scan, and upload medical records into our database to keep information organized and easy to locate.
- Monitor case progress, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, taking and relaying messages.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.




**Qualifications**:
Educational requirements and/or preferences:
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and complete work accurately and on time
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism (HIPAA compliance)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) preferred
- Understanding of lien and settlement processes, plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical records, legal assistant, or personal injury support role, plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
