We are looking for a results driven PPC Specialist with strong experience in performance marketing to join our team.
If you're passionate about paid advertising, analytics, and constant optimization, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor and improve key campaign KPIs:
- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
- Manage budgets and ensure performance aligns with campaign goals.
- Perform keyword research and audience segmentation.
- Track conversions
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Propose testing strategies and optimization opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CPC metrics.
- English level B2+ (required).
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.




- Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Must be located in Guadalajara (required).
- Must be available to visit the office occasionally.
