Job SummaryTest Automation Engineer role focused on designing and executing automated and manual tests using scripting expertise in Python, Bash and CAPL along with generative AI driven test capabilities to validate complex systems. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test scenarios that validate system functionality, performance, and reliability using Python, Bash and CAPL scripting in a structured office-based environment.
- Develop, maintain and enhance reusable automated test scripts that integrate with existing test frameworks to increase coverage and reduce regression effort across multiple releases.
- Build and refine modular test frameworks that support scalable execution, logging and reporting while enabling easy onboarding of new test cases and configurations.
- Apply generative AI techniques to design intelligent test data,



generate edge case scenarios and optimize test coverage for complex functional and integration workflows.
- Execute manual and automated test suites in a disciplined manner, document observed behavior and track issues through closure to ensure consistent product quality.
- Analyze test results, identify patterns and collaborate with development and system teams to perform root cause analysis and recommend durable corrective actions.
- Prepare clear test documentation including detailed test plans, test cases, execution logs and summary reports to support internal reviews and customer facing audits.
