Graduate Engineer Accelerated Rotational (GEAR) ProgramThe GEAR program is a two‑year, entry‑level rotational program designed to develop a pipeline of technical leaders for the Juarez Campus. Participants gain hands‑on experience across diverse functions, operations, and manufacturing processes while supporting and learning about multiple product families.
Program Components
- Build technical depth through varied technical curriculums, which may include:
- Assembly & Automation
- Component Development
- Fiber Processing
- Wire Processing
- Combine on‑the‑job experience with leadership and personal development training.
- Rotational assignments across areas that deliver real and impactful business results.
- Exposure to multiple products and manufacturing processes.
- Integral networking and virtual collaboration with associates worldwide.
- Develop technical skills in process development, manufacturing operations, quality and regulatory compliance, project management, and product/process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Excellence.





Responsibilities
- Conduct assignments within an assigned technical curriculum based on business needs and project criticality.
- Examples of assignments may include:
- Process design, development, and implementation at selected sites.
- Manufacturing operations support.
- Manufacturing operations improvements.
- Site improvement initiatives such as construction and installation support for new manufacturing technology.
- Lifecycle management support for existing base business products with cross‑functional partners.
- Demonstrate leadership imperatives, take ownership of project outcomes, and learn and apply skills.
- Support transition processes between assignments and provide feedback and recommendations on program effectiveness.

Requirements and Education
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field obtained between May2025 and October2026.
- Minimum of 3 months of work exper
