Role Overview
Summary/Objective of the Position:

Maintain the Machinery, Equipment and Facilities in good condition and operation,



following the standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.

Essential Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance to Norgren Querétaro machinery, equipment and facilities.
- Execute activities related to Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Control.
- Execution of activities related to action plans derived from analysis of off-target machinery availability.
- Participate in troubleshooting analyses for machinery outside of availability targets.
- Develop improvements, innovations in machinery, equipment and facilities.
- Participate in projects for the transfer and installation of machinery.
- Execute mold/mount or model changes according to the production schedule.
- Actively participate in risk analysis of the operations of their work area
- Participate in the activities and work programs of the Occupational Health and Safety System as required.
