Uline in Guadalajara, Jalisco, is seeking a Sales Manager to guide and develop a fast-growing sales team with a customer-first focus. You’ll recruit, train, and manage a team of 8–10 representatives and conduct joint sales calls with account managers to strengthen strategic accounts.
This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, bilingual English/Spanish, 10+ years in Sales or Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills, and willingness to travel within Mexico.
