Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational data related to M&A; transactions
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition or sale opportunities
- Support deal execution processes including due diligence, documentation, and client communications




- Maintain accurate records and manage data within internal systems and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transaction flow and client satisfaction
- Participate in client meetings and support relationship management efforts

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, startup environment
- Prior experience or internship in M&A;, investment banking, consulting, or related fields is a plus
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
