Responsibilities




- Coordinate the purchasing of materials and services by the company´s different departments (Mexico and the United States).
- Conduct market research and analyze potential vendors; negotiate contracts, terms, and prices; manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers/vendors.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses.
- Superiorly organized and manages work with good priority and complete task efficiency.
- Plan, manage, and execute department requirements to avoid operational risks due to a lack of materials and/or services.
- Establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure early involvement and effective project coordination.
- Conduct comparative studies between suppliers, analyzing price, quality, and delivery time.
