**Job Summary**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus. _
- This role involves_ will be responsible _for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence._
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _ Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._
- _ Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI._
- _ Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._
- _ Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._
- _ Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices._
- _ Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to._
- _ Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews._




- _ Coach and mentor _Operations team. _
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business or related field._
- _Advanced English level proficiency._
- _Experience in similar position in electronic
- manufacturing environment._
- _Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an electronics manufacturing enviroment._
- _Strong people management experience, leading direct and indirect teams._
- _Experience working with ERP systems: BAAN, SAP, or similar._
- _Experience in similar position in electronic
- manufacturing environment._
- _Proficiency in MS Office Tools._
