We are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to manage and resolve product quality concerns from customers and suppliers across Mexico and the United States.
This role plays a key part in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with quality certifications and standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve product quality issues and complaints from customers in both Mexico and the U.S., primarily for Bryan Rubber.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with suppliers in both regions.
- Ensure the company maintains compliance with relevant quality certifications and standards.
- Participate in performance review meetings and present quality-related results and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
**Requirements**:
- Valid visa to travel.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Availability to trave.
- Experience in the medical and automotive industries.
- Proven experience in quality certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Strong background in results-driven meetings and customer communication.
