A Day in the Life
As a Commercial Transformation Manager - Supply Chain Focus, you'll report to the Business Intelligence Director and play a pivotal role in driving transformation within the Consumer Products Division.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless integration with commercial strategies.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Project Management: Lead transformation initiatives to align supply chain operations with business goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tools across teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on key projects.
- SAP Integration: Leverage SAP knowledge to enhance operational workflows.
We Are Looking For
**You'll thrive in this role if you**:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Sales, or a related field.




- Have 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations.
- Possess strong skills in Project Management, Change Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Supply Chain Optimization.
- Are proficient in SAP and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
