- Utilize your strong Agile/Scrum proficiency to work effectively within the team framework.
- Employ modern tools like JIRA for requirements management and process mapping.
- **6+ years of experience** in a Business Analyst role.
- **Deep domain knowledge** of the Retail or Food Distribution industry.
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Visio.
- An advanced level of English.
