**Title**: Accounts Receivable Specialist

A general leader in the automotive industry is looking for an experienced **Accounts Receivable Manager** with a strong background in invoicing, collections, and AR process optimization.
This role will ensure accurate financial transactions, lead customer outreach for payment collections, and oversee AR performance across multiple accounts to support business growth and financial stability.
**Top Responsibilities**:
- Manage AR aging performance, including customer outreach, discrepancy resolution, and collection of past due accounts.
- Lead AR review meetings with finance and sales teams to drive collection strategies and process improvements.
**Key Skills**:
- 10+ years of AR experience, including 5+ years in a management role.
- Strong ERP knowledge (preferably NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Pay: $30,****** - $50,****** per month
