- Safety risks evaluations - Following safety accidents
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across facilities and work areas.
Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
Provide safety orientation and ongoing training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Collaborate with management and supervisors to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
Ensure compliance with OSHA (or local safety) regulations and other applicable standards.
Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.




Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response and evacuation plans.
Review and update safety programs, equipment, and signage as needed.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanic, Mechatronic, Industrial or electric engineer - Implementation of Mexican NOMS of STPS - Knowledge of OSHA **** safety construction requirements and OSHA **** general - Equipment validation and modification - Availability to rotate shifts - English 80%
