**HR Generalist**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Lead comprehensive recruitment processes for management, administrative, and sales positions (job posting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding).
- Coordinate new employee documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration and retention.
**Employee Relations and Human Resources Operations**
- Manage employee records, attendance, leaves of absence, vacations, and other work-related incidents (e.g., sick leave, furloughs).
- Manage disciplinary actions and administrative procedures in accordance with the company's internal regulations and Mexican labor law.
- Organize internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
**Training and Development**
- Design and manage the annual training plan according to business needs.
- Oversee compliance with the SIRCE portal and training reporting obligations.
- Performance, Engagement, and Compliance
- Coordinate employee surveys (leadership, satisfaction, eNPS, work environment) and prepare executive reports for decision-making.
- Implement and oversee compliance with NOM-035-STPS-****.
- Strong knowledge of LFT and IMSS regulations.
**HR Strategy and Reporting**




- Generate periodic reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Management.
- Support strategic HR initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar position in a financial institution (bank, insurance, automotive agency).
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS procedures, and NOM-035-STPS-****.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Available to work 100% on-site in Colonia Renacimiento, Cuauhtémoc.
- Proactive, analytical, and customer-oriented professional with leadership potential.
