**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategic partnership: spearhead the efforts to build and implement the appropriate talent acquisition strategies to ensure the client in meets its business growth aspirations
- Business advisory: provide insightful talent intelligence to the business by understanding market drivers and the competitive landscape.
Consult on critical talent needs and influence leaders through deep business and market acumen
- Stakeholder management: cultivate and lead critical partnerships with hiring managers, senior leaders, HRBP's, talent development and compensation ensuring a collaborative and cohesive experience for all
- Talent attraction: engaging and building relationships with executive talent through various channels, to build on your existing network
- Executive succession planning: working with talent development and the regional HRBP's to ensure we have 'warm' external succession options for critical roles
- Employer Branding: work with the regional and integral employer brand teams to ensure client is positioned as an employer of choice in the LATAM market
- Global Community: Participate as an active member of the clients Global TA Community to share best practices and ensure consistent processes and experience
- Partner with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle
- Manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies and job boards.
- Assess, track and report on time to hire, cost to hire and diversity of hires to identify trends and cost effectiveness.
- Assist senior staffing management with regular evaluations of the applicant pool.
**Language Skills**:
- Spanish or Portuguese along with English are Mandatory and essential for this role.

- Strategic partnerships: Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders to build and execute talent strategies
- Compelling communicator: Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with a data focused approach
- Stealth negotiator: able to close the best talent with competitive commercial proposals that are both compelling and consistent with

- Ability to navigate the matrix: experience operating in complex global and ambiguous environments
- Proven success in recruitment and track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent.
A mix of in-house and agency is
preferred.
