BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.
Key Responsabilities:
- Review and follow up on the IT project portfolio on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to and potentially lead the development of business cases for proposed IT projects.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues for assigned initiatives.
- Oversee the integration of Cybersecurity and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) strategies into the segment product roadmap.
- Monitor and manage all financial aspects of portfolio management.
- Drive harmonization across sites within the segment, focusing on digital maturity, business process optimization, and technology standardization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering in Communication Sciences or similar, master's degree is a plus




- +6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and/or 4 years of experience in the medical industry.
- Advanced level of English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the **medical device or healthcare industry**.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with regulatory compliance in medical environments (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and digital transformation strategies.
