Position Summary
- The Senior Accounting Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the company’s accounting and tax activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS (NIIF), and Mexican tax regulation
- This position plays a key role in monthly financial closing processes, external and internal audits, tax compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiative
- The role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with corporate and external stakeholder

General Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activit
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS (NIIF), and local statutory requireme
- Lead accounting and tax compliance proces
- Support internal and external aud
- Analyze financial results, variances, and balance sheet accou
- Coordinate fixed assets accounting and capital project track
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting proces
- Collaborate with corporate finance, operations,



purchasing, and external advis
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives within Fina

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounting an
- d Tax.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS (NIIF), and Mexican tax regula
- tions.Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry pref
- erred.Advanced English skills (written and verbal) req
- uired.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle, Plex, etc.) pref
- erred.Strong analytical and problem-solving s
