Responsibilities
- Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge.
- Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field.
- Administrate AbbVie Learning platforms (ALC, AbbVie Campus) and training innovative tools.
- Generate continuous training reports.
- Works within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, AbbVie Campus), including uploading of online courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking.
- Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation of proofs and print aligned with Training Managers.
- Coordinate the delivery of Sales Force training needs diagnosis in TAs Knowledge (by brand) that will support brand plans execution.
- Coordinate and deliver training courses of TAs knowledge and Challenger for Sales teams (by brand)



and evaluate the positive transfer of training.
- Deliver content in response to local needs within the integral framework by using innovative tools (gamification tools as Gamelearn, Training Arcade and surveys).
- Observe Field Sales team in role plays, providing constructive feedback after observation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and department policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve training content by using new methods and technology that will increase training effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (business management, marketing, science or a related field is required)
- Intermediate level of English language (speaking and writing)
- Experience with agile software development and usage of training platforms - digital environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player in every task, program or project
