Your Purpose
As Associate General Counsel you will serve as the lead legal partner for our Mexico business, owning the legal strategy and day‑to‑day legal support for all matters related to our local operation. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of law, regulation, product, and business execution.

You will help shape how a fast‑growing financial services platform operates in one of the most dynamic and highly regulated markets in the region. From supporting product launches and commercial initiatives to advising on regulated operations, customer experience, governance, and regulatory engagement,



you will play a critical role in enabling sustainable growth while protecting the business and maintaining a strong legal and regulatory posture.

This role is adecuado for a business‑oriented lawyer with strong financial regulatory experience in Mexico who wants to work close to decision‑making, influence strategy, and help build a legal infrastructure that scales with the company.

Who You Are
- Law degree and active license to practice in Mexico.
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with a significant portion focused on financial services, fintech, payments, banking, securities, or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in Mexican financial regulation, with demonstrated experience advising on regulated financial products, services, or operations.
- Deep familiarity with the Mexican regulatory landscape, including CNBV, Banco de México, CONDUSEF, and related supervisory frameworks.
