We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support hospitality (hotel) development projects, with a strong focus on project closeout and compliance documentation. This is an on-site role, requiring consistent presence at the project location to coordinate documentation directly with construction, facilities management and asset management teams.

The Document Controller will play a key role in ensuring all project documentation meets hotel brand standards, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness criteria prior to handover.

- Support the FM and Asset Management teams in the closeout of hospitality projects, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with brand and operational standards.
