Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Deploy global Sauces & Dressings projects into regions, ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, manufacturability and speed to market.
- Lead or support multiple global and regional projects simultaneously, including managing technical workstreams, without direct people management responsibility.
- Work closely with regional category managers to leverage regional expertise and support development of global best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Principal Scientist to support proactive and breakthrough innovative initiatives.




- Support projects from ideation through commercialization, including scale‑up and plant trials.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement new ingredients, technologies, and processing approaches that deliver competitive advantage.
- Engage with suppliers and external ecosystems to identify and validate new raw materials and technologies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of R&D; experience in food product development.
- Strong, demonstrated experience in sauces and dressings formulation and processing.
- Solid understanding of ingredient functionality (emulsifiers, stabilizers, acids, flavors, preservatives).
- Experience with industrialization and scale‑up of liquid or semi‑liquid food systems.
- Working knowledge of nutrition principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting general or multi‑regional projects is preferred.
