In this specific role, we are supporting a client that is an industry-leading Tier 1, 2 automotive component manufacturer.

Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products.

Main Responsibilities
Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and manage the Production Control team and Distribution for our site, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration:




- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and adjust schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity planning.

Buying:
- Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays.
- Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to maintain effective relationships and ensure the quality of materials.

Logistics:
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to optimize costs and delivery times.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient distribution of products.

Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- CI: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce production expenses.
