Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor (Cost Accounting Supervisor) will lead the cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis functions to ensure accurate costing, insightful variance reporting, and proactive financial planning that supports operational and strategic decision making within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements
- 【MUST】
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)
- 3–5 years experience in cost accounting, FP&A;, or budgeting
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in manufacturing cost management
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and production cost control
- Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Ability to lead a team, analyze data, and present financial insights clearly

Preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and cost drivers
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement
- Experience with multi-site cost management or general reporting
