**We are seeking a Senior Business consultant to join our Supply Chain Management consulting team.
In this role, you will act as a cross-functional advisor and strategic partner, ensuring that project outcomes align with corporate strategies, drive measurable impact, and achieve strong end-user adoption.
You will combine business acumen with supply chain expertise and a hands-on approach to guide stakeholders, resolve issues, and support lasting transformation.

**Responsibilities**
**Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, guiding decision-making to align with corporate strategies.
**
**Support end-user adoption through training, coaching, and ongoing engagement.
**
**Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and scalable.

**Identify, prioritize, and help resolve issues and risks impacting project success.
**
**Drive improvements in data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability across platforms.
**
**Assess user needs and provide actionable insights to enhance the user interface and overall experience.

**Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation,



and process refinement.

**Develop and deliver training and communication strategies to support project rollouts and long-term adoption.

**Monitor and evaluate business processes, ensuring alignment with both strategic objectives and operational realities.

**Qualifications we seek in you!
**
**Minimum Qualifications / Skills**
**Proven track record of advising cross-functional teams and influencing strategic decisions.
**
**Strong expertise in supply chain data, operations, and systems.
**
**Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
**
**Demonstrated experience in training, adoption support, and change management.
**
**Skilled in analyzing and improving user interfaces, workflows, and efficiency.
**
**Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
**
**Bachelor's degree in Business**, Supply Chain, or a related field.
**
**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**
**Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 1**
**Life Sciences experience**
**Deep understanding of multiple Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management.
**
**Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries.
**
**Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a client's digital transformation strategy.
**




**Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery.
**
**Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives.
