3M Mexico needs a smart, dynamic, entrepreneurial attorney to work closely with business leadership and manage the wide range of exciting and challenging issues that stem from 3M Mexico's ongoing transformation as an innovative leader.

- Functional support - For example: Labor & Employment, Regulatory, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business Service Operations.
- Corporate Governance - 3M Mexico has different Entities that requires management.
- Compliance - Advancing 3M's Compliance & Business Conduct program: Building and maintaining a compliance culture.
- Subject Matter Expertise - e.g., Going deeper into Competition Law or E-Commerce or other select Practice Group areas.
- Build the Institution - For example: Contract Management systems, Knowledge Management, Legal Department administration.
Your Skills and Expertise- 5 - 10 years of rich experience as general counsel in advising on Mexico law, including being well-versed in the latest company law developments.
- Experience as general counsel head of legal with a large multi-national corporation.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English (advance level).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues and developing solutions; excellent business judgment and strategic thinking

- Some domestic business travel, and periodic international travel involved
Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the corporate office at Santa Fe, CDMX.
