We are looking for SAP Payroll MX Consultant
**Resource Description**:
We are seeking a specialized SAP Payroll Mexico Consultant to support the SAP HCM system upgrade from EHP4 to EHP8.
This consultant will ensure that Mexican payroll processes, legal requirements, and statutory compliance are fully maintained and optimized throughout the upgrade.
The resource will work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to validate payroll functionality, implement necessary adjustments, and guarantee accurate payroll execution post-upgrade.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll Mexico.
Proven involvement in SAP HCM upgrade projects (EHP upgrades, particularly from EHP4
- EHP8 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll schemas, rules, and statutory requirements (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, CFDI, SUA, etc.).
- Experience with year-end processes, legal reporting, and compliance updates.
- Expertise in configuration, testing,



and troubleshooting of SAP Payroll for Mexico.
- Familiarity with CFDI electronic payslip processes and integration with external systems.
- Ability to manage SPDD/SPAU adjustments, regression testing, and cutover activities in payroll context.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR and Finance stakeholders.
- SAP Payroll Mexico certification (desirable).
**Responsibilities**:
Perform impact analysis of the EHP4
- EHP8 upgrade on Payroll Mexico processes and customizations.
- Validate and adjust schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll drivers post-upgrade.
- Support compliance with Mexican legal and statutory requirements, including CFDI electronic invoices, tax, and social security reporting.
- Conduct end-to-end testing: payroll simulation, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve upgrade-related payroll issues.
- Provide cutover support for payroll cycles during the transition.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and training for payroll and HR teams.
