**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Keep updated all the company fiscal obligations.
- Process daily and monthly journal entries and accruals.
- Prepare or review various account reconciliations.
- Help on maintain a clean accounting and perform adjustments when needed.
- Must understand multi-currency accounting and the Fiscal implication. Some liabilities are maintained in USD.
- Periodically review statutory vs. US GAAP reconciling differences for appropriateness.
- Send payroll information to external accountants for its calculation and review it.
- Sales commissions calculation
- Management of the employee’s savings funds.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
**Required Skills / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- ERP experience: SAP preferred.
- Experience in a multi-currency environment
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Fluent English required.
- 2 years Private experience
- Experience with SAT, IMSS, FONACOT procedures and other governmental offices
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Seeking a high-energy self-starter, able to work autonomously; identify, suggest and implement areas for improvement.
