**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the execution and successful delivery of custom website projects for our clients.
This is a full-time position based in either our Las Vegas, NV and Morelia, Michoacán office.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
**Project Management**
- Lead and manage website projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress in Jira or other project management tools.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content managers to align on deliverables and priorities.
- Coordinate with the Client Services team to implement UVE software configurations that support website features.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage scope changes effectively by documenting requests, providing impact assessments, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for website-related client communications, ensuring regular updates on project progress, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct project kick-off, status, and review meetings, fostering collaboration and setting clear expectations.
- Proactively address client questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are understood while balancing internal resource constraints.
**Quality Assurance**
- Collaborate with developers, designers,
and content managers to coordinate quality checks and ensure deliverables meet project criteria and client requirements.
- Perform a final review of all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications, including verifying forms, integrations, and responsive design functionality before launch.
- Possess basic troubleshooting knowledge to identify common website performance issues and determine which teams should be involved for resolution.
**WHO YOU ARE**
**Experience & Technical Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in web services, digital marketing, or software development.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, etc) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace).
- Understanding of web development processes, including front-end/back-end workflows, CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), and website integrations (e.g. OpenTable, Triple Seat, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design best practices, responsive design principles, and SEO basics.
**Soft Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and creative solutions.
- Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients and internal teams.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Previous experience in an agency or client services environment.
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar).
