**Role Objective**:
Analyze and manage operational and financial data related to transportation services.
Ensure accurate billing validation, process carrier claims, assess carrier performance, and generate key reports to support operational efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with corporate policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze carrier invoices and present them for internal validation.
- Manage and follow up on carrier claims and discrepancies.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on claims, performance, and costs.
- Identify cost deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Fulfillment, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain accurate incident records and carrier communication logs.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Degree in Logistics,



Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in data analysis, carrier billing control, and transportation cost tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Preferred: Certifications or courses in logistics or data analytics.
