Key Responsibilities

- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation, risk assessment, and manufacturing readiness.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SMT manufacturing processes, including stencil design, solder paste printing, placement programming, reflow profiling, SPI, and AOI.
- Provide technical support to production by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize secondary manufacturing processes, including Wave Solder, Conformal Coating, and PCB depaneling (Router).
- Design and validate tooling, fixtures, pallets, and manufacturing equipment required for production.
- Coordinate and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN/ECR), ensuring documentation and process updates are completed.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and validation records.
- Plan and execute equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost reduction, and process efficiency using Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Program Management to achieve business objectives.

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Proven experience with SMT manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Experience developing and optimizing SMT machine programs.
- Experience with Wave Solder processes.
- Experience with Conformal Coating processes.
- Experience designing pallets, fixtures, and manufacturing tooling.
- Experience with equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Experience working within ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulated environments.
