Additionally, I assess product displacement to improve distribution and commercialization efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze sales results by category and brand across all Mattel product lines
- Build and maintain databases that consolidate relevant commercial information
- Generate internal reports to monitor performance, trends, and business opportunities
- Track commercial KPIs and propose corrective or preventive actions
- Develop product assortment recommendations based on performance and rotation analysis
- Support assortment planning for key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and sell-through
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Sales experience gained through professional internships
- Communication skills, proficiency in Excel, teamwork, and basic knowledge of database management and sales analysis
