Overview

Join DELTA ImmoTec México and contribute your expertise in electrical, mechanical, or special systems design to high‑impact industrial and commercial projects—both in Mexico and internationally. As an MEP Designer (m/w/d) with a focus on Electrical , Mechanical , or Special Systems , you will support the planning, design, and execution of technical building systems across diverse industrial and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Depending on your discipline, you may work on:

- Electrical Systems
- Equipment layouts, panel schedules, cable routing
- Preparation of BoQs, technical submittals, and construction documents

Special Systems

- CCTV and access control
- IT/data networks
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Security and communication systems

Mechanical Systems

- HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Ducting and piping layouts
- Hydraulic systems, chillers, AHUs, exhaust systems
- Plumbing and drainage for industrial and commercial facilities
- Create and review 3D models , technical drawings , and design documentation in Revit (primary tool).
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NEC, NOM, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA depending on discipline).
- Support the development and refinement of MEP design standards.
- Prepare complete sets of construction documents .

Project Coordination

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across all project phases—from conceptual design to commissioning.




- Communicate design concepts and technical aspects within the team and to external stakeholders.

Client Interaction

- Support communication with clients during design and execution phases.
- Contribute technical input to proposals, bids, and sales processes.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome both emerging designers and experienced professionals — if you bring motivation and technical curiosity, you’re in the right place.

Education & Skills

- Education in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Mechatronical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Revit (required for all disciplines); AutoCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
- Familiarity with applicable standards (NEC, NOM, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
- Fluency in Spanish and English .
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
