Operations
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance Leadership
- Lead and support maintenance activities in alignment with client and EthosEnergy work plans.
- Develop and Supervise O&M; programs to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
Manage CMMS PMs, PdMs, CMs to keep the plans up to date and perform improvements.
- Coordinate production scheduling with the client's representative and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee planned and unplanned outages, ensuring mínimal disruption and optimal recovery.
Resource & Process Optimization
- Review and validate work permits, resources, and timelines for task execution.
- Coordinate field activities and ensure proper use of labor, equipment, and materials.
Develop technical scope for the different maintenance plans and services for bidding purposes.
- Optimize human resources, time, costs, and equipment utilization.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, equipment, and technologies.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Supervise the plant's occupational health and safety program.
- Participate in investigations of accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, budgets, and documentation for internal and client use.
- Keep operations and maintenance manuals up to date and properly archived.
Team Development & Coordination
- Lead training initiatives to ensure staff are proficient in EthosEnergy and customer policies and procedures.
- Provide task schedules for plant personnel during normal and outage periods.
Inventory & Procurement
- Consult and Manage procurement and inventory of materials, consumables, and spare parts.




- Monitor usage and recommend necessary stock to maintain optimal plant conditions.
- Review subcontractor work and ensure contract compliance.
**Required Skills / Knowledge**:
- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform failure analysis.
- Proficiency in computer systems and technical documentation as well as reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Turbine control systems, Distributed Control Systems (ABB, Emerson, Allen Bradley, etc.) PLC systems.
- Knowledge of PPE, waste management, turbine and auxiliary equipment O&M;, maintenance strategies, and work permit systems.
Use of a CMMS, such as SAP maintenance and inventory management systems.
Familiarization with predictive maintenance techniques and tools (Vibration, Ultrasound, IR, etc.)
**Experience**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in power generation, particularly with turbines and rotating machinery.
- Hands-on experience with gas and steam turbines, chillers, water treatment systems, diesel centrifuges, and compressors.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Experience in thermoelectric power plant operations and maintenance.
Projects and people management.
**Education Requirements**:
- Degree in either Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to left, carry and handle tools/equipment 50lbs
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in height
- Good range of motion in shoulders, arms, and knees for handling tools/equipment
