Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit employee travel expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Process reimbursements and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile travel and expense accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update travel and expense policies in collaboration with HR and Finance leadership.
- Provide training and/or support to employees on expense reporting procedures and tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline expense processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to travel and expense accounts.
What Skills You Will Need:
- Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes,
and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent on-the-job experience in industry.
- Must be available to interact with employees in US and various time zones when needed.
- English language is a must, other spoken languages advantageous.
- Must be team oriented and able to work closely and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
