The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for key customers in Contract Logistics operations. Responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships, ensuring service quality, managing operational performance, and identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned customers to ensure operational excellence and satisfaction
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitments
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients
- Handle issue resolution and escalation management to maintain service continuity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Develop strategic account plans to drive retention and organic growth (upselling/cross-selling)
- Support pricing reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Act as the “voice of the customer” within the organization,



ensuring alignment between client expectations and operational capabilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer service within warehousing management and logistics
- Strong background in contract logistics (warehousing and inland transportation)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tool
- Fluent in both English and Spanish

Preferred Skills
- Experience with leading logistics company or handling large regional key accounts
- Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS)
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
