We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Guadalajara operations and partner with leaders across multiple business functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on talent, culture, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness within a growing international ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the Guadalajara guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.Oversee and coordinate payroll administration for Mexico-based employees.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.Support leadership development, change management, and organizational office-related vendors and administrative processes as needed.Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR leadership and cross-functional teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources,
