The Sr Recruiter is an essential role to help meet the Company’s growing demand to hire top talent. This is a key role responsible for using prior knowledge and best-in-class practices to find top talent for various organizations within Advanced Energy including Engineering and Industrial and Medical openings. This role will partner with HRBPs, Generalists, Managers, and other key stakeholders to create a sourcing strategy to fill open positions quickly and with qualified candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and other relevant passive recruitment methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, providing expert advice and coaching throughout the recruitment process.
- Actively utilize all recruitment channels to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role in order to consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.




- Review employment applications and resumes. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews. Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews. Provides timely follow up and correspondence. Manages relationships with third party vendors.
- Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to assess the qualifications of candidates.
- In partnership with the HR Generalist and Business Partner teams prepare attractive hiring packages, negotiate salaries, and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
- Track record of success filling roles at all levels.
- Develop and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including the use of LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, campus recruitment efforts, etc.
